Through chakra analysis, energy-based wellness services, intuitive assessment, Reiki, herbal wellness support, and holistic self-care practices, our goal is to help clients identify the root of imbalance and create a pathway toward restoration, self-awareness, and personal transformation.

Cancellation & Late Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session deposit or prepaid service.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may require rescheduling.

Due to limited appointment availability, all deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when proper notice is provided.

Grounding Fees: Grounding Fees serve as wellness co-pays for services rendered and are separate from membership benefits and service credits.

Eligible Grounding Fees may be converted into rewards within our Wellness Savings Account (WSA) program for future wellness services, products, classes, and approved offerings within our network.
